Code of conduct

At ProKix, we aim to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. To ensure a rewarding experience for everyone, we expect each child to adhere to the following code of conduct:

1. Respect for Others:

- Treat coaches, fellow participants, and staff with respect..

- Follow instructions attentively, stay focused and give your best.

2. Safety First:

- Follow health and safety guidelines. Prioritise the safety of yourself and others during sessions.

- Use equipment responsibly and report any issues with equipment promptly.

3. Good Sportsmanship:

- Display good sportsmanship, both in victory and defeat. Shake hands and show appreciation to opponents and coaches after each session.

- Bullying, teasing, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

4. Punctuality:

- Arrive on time for each session to ensure a smooth and productive training experience.

- Notify the coaching staff in advance if you anticipate being late or absent.

5. Adherence to Policies:

- Abide by all policies and guidelines set forth by ProKix, including those related to behaviour,

safety, and participation.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

- Parents must book the sessions in advance through Prokix Sports class for kids booking system.

- Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payment methods and rates will be clearly communicated to Parents.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- A strict no-refund policy applies to all bookings. Parents must provide at least 48 hours' notice for session cancellations. The rescheduled session must occur within one week of the scheduled session.

- ProKix may need to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will make every effort to communicate changes in a timely manner.

3. Liability and Waiver

- ProKix and its Coaches are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during sessions.

- Parents must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations to ProKix before the start of the coaching session.

- Parents participate in coaching sessions at their own risk and agree to sign a liability waiver.

4. Code of Conduct

- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in line with the ProKix code of conduct. Severe

breaches of this may result in termination of coaching services without a refund.

5. Privacy and Recording Policy

- ProKix respects Parents privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

- Sessions may be recorded for online use; consent is implied unless stated otherwise.

6. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

- ProKix reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of any changes.

Participation in ProKix coaching sessions implies adherence to our Code of Conduct for a positive environment. By using our services, parents agree to these terms and conditions.
